"Dave, being a long time friend of our son Dan, was frequently at our home. When we decided to sell our home and move to an Adult complex, Dave gave us lots of advice on how to ready it for sale i.e. painting in the basement etc. However, he did get to be a bit of a pest, nagging us to hurry up. Meanwhile, the Complex we were hoping to buy into had sold out, but through Daves persistence and leaving his business card with the residents, a lady contacted Dave.
