We were very anxious to buy a house, which meant that a realtor who took 3-4 days to call us back was not helpful (our previous experience). I told Dave this right away, and he assured me that he would call me back the same day, and always did, usually soon after the call. We looked at a house that was not right for us, but I wanted to buy before interest rates went up again, so I convinced myself that it would work. Dave pointed out that the house did not have any of the things we said we wanted, and he advised me to think about it (I can be impulsive). A week later we found the perfect house, and when the deal almost fell through because of the seller, Dave was there to explain everything and be a support to both of us.
