The better your home looks the better the price that can be obtained for it. Home staging experts will present you with a written report on how to present your home to its best advantage and so receive the best price for it.

Together you and Dave will review all terms and conditions of the contract.  Dave will negotiate on your behalf, in the offer and acceptance procedure, so you will feel confident knowing that at all times he will be defending your financial interests.  He will explain in full detail all costs associated with the transaction, to ensure that you are fully informed and are not surprised by unforeseen costs.

5. Finalizing the sale

While almost at the end of a long process, it is in this stage of the sale that attention to detail is key.  Dave will make sure that the appraisals, financing and other conditions of the contract are dealt with in a timely manner.  Dave will also have the necessary documentation sent to your lawyer/notary in order to ensure that the sale is completed on time.
